Who am I?
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, specialized in the treatment of eating disorders. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Wyoming and completed my predoctoral internship at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH)/Harvard Medical School. I am currently a Fellow at the MGH Eating Disorders Clinical and Research Program.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a cognitive-behavioral framework, blending cognitive-behavioral research, theory, and evidence-based practices to tailor care to each individual’s needs.
I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) for individuals 16+ and family-based treatment (FBT) for children, adolescents, and young adults with eating disorders. I also provide parental guidance for parents seeking extra support while their child undergoes treatment for an eating disorder.
I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth (virtual only) psychotherapy and diagnostic evaluations.
